DOMESTIC DELIVERY (AUSTRALIA)
We charge a flat rate of $20 to ship your order.
Small - Medium Parcels: All orders shipped within Australia will be sent out using Australia Post via the Express Post network. Express Post guarantees next business day delivery for all metropolitan areas within the Express Post Delivery network in Australia. For regional areas, delivery will take between 2-3 business days. Your signature will be requested upon delivery.
Large Parcels: All large parcels will be sent using regular post with insurance and signature on delivery. Delivery will take between 3-6 business days.
Orders received by 1pm AWST on a business day and pending credit verification, will be dispatched on that business day. If your order is placed after 1pm AWST, it will be dispatched the following business day. Orders made on a Saturday, Sunday or Public Holiday will be dispatched on the following business day. Orders will be shipped within 24 hours pending credit verification. During sales and peak times there may be delivery delays and our Customer Service will keep you informed.
CULTSTATUS dispatches all orders from Perth , therefore if we receive your order on a WA Public Holiday, it will not be processed until the following day.
Please note that we require a signature on delivery for the receipt of your order.
If no one is at your shipping address when the attempted delivery is made, then they will leave a note with details for collection from your local Post Office (Identification will be required).
A tracking number and web link will be emailed to you as soon as the item is dispatched.

For customers that live outside of Australia, your order will be shipped by a courier shipping service which provides a tracking number and insurance for your package. International orders will have an approximate delivery time-frame of 3-5 business days, depending upon your location.
We charge a $50 flat rate for shipping outside Australia.
Orders are dispatched following the successful processing of your bank and address details. This process which ensures your safety and ours against credit card fraud, and can take up to 48hrs after you have placed your order, but we will send you an email immediately notifying you that your order has been shipped and the tracking number which will allow you to monitor your parcel.
When orders shipped internationally reach your destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.
Prices displayed on the website are DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid), they are exclusive of all taxes and duties. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. As we are unable to advise the amount this may be, we recommend that you contact your local customs authority for further information on this matter.
Your order will require a signature upon delivery. We cannot re-direct parcels.
Unfortunately we cannot provide a specific delivery time but please allow between 3 -5 business days for delivery. Please bear in mind that delays beyond our control can occur in customs, especially where taxes are assessed and payable.

WRONG ADDRESS, NON RECEIVED GOODS & RETURNS
If the item is not received and sent back to us by the postal service company you will be charged the actual shipping fee (not according to the above table). The price of the item will be credited once we receive the item. We will contact you to inform you when we receive the package.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
A shipment confirmation will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched. This confirmation will have the tracking number for your shipment. You can use this number on the linked website to track the location of your order.
Online Returns Policy
If you would like to return or exchange your purchase, our return policy is outlined below.
Items must be returned in new & unused condition and in the original packaging with all tags attached. We do not accept returns without the cultstatus.com.au return swing tag. Returns that are damaged, marked or altered will not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
Where provided, any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags and leather tags should be included with your return.
Shoes must be returned with all original packaging including undamaged boxes. We are unable to accept returns without boxes or with scratched or dirty soles. We advise that when trying on shoes you should try them on the carpeted surfaces only, until you are certain that you will be keeping them.
Items can be returned for an exchange or a refund (available for online purchases only). Final sale products (discounted 50% or more) cannot be returned unless faulty.
Subject the above conditions, you have 10 days from the order's delivery date to return the goods to the store for an exchange or refund. In order to process your return, we must receive your return request within 5 days of you receiving your item. Items received outside this period will not be accepted.
Returns must be shipped back to us with a tracking number. The cost of return shipping is your responsibility.
Shipping charges or any related expenses (custom fees, duties etc) cannot be refunded.
Any returns received without a Returns Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) or that do not comply with the above may be denied at the discretion of CULTSTATUS.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
To return the item simply follow these steps:
If you would like to return or exchange your purchase for any reason (subject to the above conditions), please follow the returns procedure below:
Email us at email@example.com to obtain Returns Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number, quoting your order number. You must notify us of the reason for the return and if you require an exchange or refund (available for online purchases only).
We will send you an email with the RMA number to authorise the return. Please then print out a copy of this email and include it with your return.
AUSTRALIAN RETURNS: We recommend Australian customers to send returns by Platinum Australia Post or Express Post with Signature on delivery with insurance or use a recognised courier with tracking number. Please use an express service to ensure your item is received within the accepted time-frame.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS: For our international customers we request that you send your return via an insured, traceable method, marking your package clearly as Returned Goods to avoid delays at Customs. Return postage from outside Australia is payable by the sender.

You will be notified by email once your return has been received and processed. All successfully returned items will be credited to the account used to originally purchase the items, less the original shipping charges which will not be refunded(except when a product is faulty).

Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
In accordance with Consumer Affairs, where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items.
In most cases, we will liaise with the brand in question for technical assessment. In some cases the item may need to be returned to the manufacturer overseas to carry out the necessary assessment and repair.

Making a purchase / Acceptance of order
When you order an item from CULTSTATUS.COM.AU you are offering to buy it for the price stated, subject to these Terms.
Once you have placed your order, we will send you an email acknowledging the exact details of your order, providing you with a payment reference and the value of your order that will be debited from your credit/debit card. This is not an order confirmation or order acceptance from CULTSTATUS.
Unless you cancel your order OR we have notified you that we do not accept your order, acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between you and CULTSTATUS will take place when you receive an email from us notifying you that we have dispatched the items ordered by you.
The deemed time and date of receipt by you shall apply regardless of whether, for reasons outside our control, you have not received that email. The sale contract is therefore concluded in WA, Australia.

INSURANCE AND DELIVERY
CULTSTATUS insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to your specified delivery address. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you.
Delivery to countries outside Australia may be subject to local import taxes, which are your responsibility (where applicable). If so, the shipping company will contact you once your items are in customs to let you know the cost. Be aware that this may delay your delivery time as goods held at customs will be your responsibility to pay the necessary charges for local authorities to release the goods.
