Balenciaga

The French fashion House of Balenciaga was founded in 1918 by the legendary couturier Cristóbal Balenciaga. In 2015 Demna Gvasalia was appointed as artistic director of Balenciaga. Gvasalia was the creater and artistic director behind cult streetwear brand, Vetements.

His collections with the brand have been a highly contemporary take on the work of Cristobal Balenciaga incorporating realism and attitude to the haute couture house.

To this day Balenciaga continues to be synonymous with quality and modernity and a leader in the use of materials, volumes and techniques.
